Adam Tomkins

History at Halo Dogs: Adam joined the team in 2015 following a previous high-flying and successful career as a chef. His last position prior to joining Halo Dogs was as a Senior Chef de Partie for Gordon Ramsey’s Savoy Grill, so you can rest assured his attention to detail is exceptional! Adam also utilises his flawless culinary skills serving up luxurious BBQ’s for the dogs here when the weather allows.

Best moment at Halo Dogs: “Are you kidding? All of it!” He says, slightly perplexed. “From working with the rescue dogs, to working with dogs with disabilities, the day care dogs, the clients, the rest of the team. It is a dream job come true!”

Favourite breed: Rottweilers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

History with dogs, including current pets: Adam is somewhat of a Rottweiler enthusiast and has five to date, Zoe, Lucky, Chance, Georgie and Bella. Last but definitely not least is Phoebe, the shih tzu who keeps the Rottweilers well under control!

Interests outside of work: Adam is a sports enthusiast and in his spare time loves cycling and playing rugby. He is also, surprisingly still passionate about cooking and somehow manages to find time to practice his culinary skills. (Something we are extremely grateful for!).
